Discover Autumn Foraging in Hampshire & West Sussex

The Season of Harvest

Autumn is a time of deep abundance and change, when the land offers its richest harvest before turning inward for winter. Hedgerows are heavy, woodland floors awaken, and the South Downs become a place of colour, texture, and scent.

Join guided autumn foraging walks across Hampshire and West Sussex, where we explore the wild foods that thrive during this season and learn to gather with care, respect, and attention to the land.

Forage Safely

Foraging in autumn requires care, patience, and respect. Plants and fungi change rapidly during this season, and some edible species have dangerous look-alikes. All walks are guided to ensure learning is safe, ethical, and supportive, with time taken to build confidence slowly.
