SPRING FORAGING WALKS & WORKSHOPS
IN HAMPSHIRE & WEST SUSSEX
Explore springtime wild plants, herbs, and fungi across the beautiful Hampshire & West Sussex countryside along the South Downs National Park.

Discover Spring Foraging in Hampshire & West Sussex

Spring is a time of renewal, green growth, and fresh beginnings — and the landscape responds with an abundance of edible wild plants, vibrant herbs, tender greens, and seasonal delights waiting to be discovered.

Join guided spring foraging walks across Hampshire and West Sussex, where we explore the emergence of life after winter and learn to recognise and use the wild foods that this season offers.

From delicate wild garlic and nettles to cuckooflower, chickweed, and sorrel, spring brings some of the most flavourful, nutrient-rich plants of the year. This is the perfect time to slow down, walk through fresh green spaces, and reconnect with the land as it blossoms.

Each spring foraging workshop is shaped by the season — every walk unique, alive with colour, scents, and the joy of discovery.
