Mushrooms & Autumnal Foraging Workshop

Join me for a truly magical celebration of the season as we wander through the autumnal beauty of the South Downs.

This guided walk invites you to slow down, look closely, and experience the richness of the land as it begins to turn.

Along the way, you’ll discover and learn how to identify and use a variety of seasonal finds, which may include roots, nuts, seeds, berries, and of course, mushrooms, depending on what the land offers on the day.

At the end of our adventure, we’ll settle together in the forest to enjoy a simple, nourishing moment. I’ll show you how to prepare some of our foraged bounty alongside seasonal snacks, and we’ll share a hot cup of forest-fresh herbal tea.
