Taking You On A Journey Back To Nature
Welcome to Walk of the Wild
My name is Claire, and I am an educator of ancestral wisdom, an experienced herbalist, holistic therapist, aromatherapist, and a guide in foraging and wildcrafting.
I live in the heart of the South Downs National Park, where Hampshire meets West Sussex—a landscape that inspires and supports my work every day.
Through my guided walks and workshops, I help others reconnect with nature by discovering the abundance of seasonal wild foods and medicines.
For over 20 years, I have supported people on their journeys of healing and transformation, using plant medicine, nature connection, and holistic practices to restore balance and harmony in their lives.
On our own rewilded three acres, I have created a primitive-style outdoor kitchen workshop, where I also grow and harvest many wild herbs, which I use to craft organic, handmade gifts and remedies for my online shop.
I warmly invite you to experience the health-giving power of nature.
Together, we will explore ancestral skills, rediscover traditional methods of foraging and wildcrafting, and weave these practices into daily life for nourishment, healing, and connection.
